Here are the simple, useful steps for re-directing your attention towards the path of your chosen goal. Use a measurement scale of 1 to 5. 1 for undesirable, 3 for neutral, and the maximum good for 5 to observe the current mood evaluate feeling state. Notice your core frequency level and connection to the current. Guiding that feeling towards the higher frequency and make that being bettering.
